Clearly the RBA has overdone it. They were way too hawkish last year, worrying about non-existent inflationary pressures from the mining boom.
When will the RBA start setting monetary policy that's appropriate for the 15 million people in south-eastern Australia instead of the 15 thousand people in the Pilbara?

I don't see any deflation Lorax. It's a good inflation figure.
