The entire world has near zero interest rates, but ...

... Glenn says the crisis only lasted 6-8 weeks. It makes me wonder why:

- China still has massive fiscal and monetary stimulus in place
- The US and UK have zero interest rates and are printing money
- Europe is wrangling with possible sovereign defaults and attacks on its currency
- Japan's has spent two decades in the economic doldrums

It seems like the entire world is still in crisis mode a year after Glenn says the crisis ended. My question is: Why? Either the crisis is ongoing, or all this stimulus is unnecessary.
