Malcom Turnbull on the Treasury
On AM this morning, talking about the $10 billion water announcement.
Q: Was Treasury involved in formulating this big $10 billion announcement?
A:: Well, Treasury certainly wasn't involved in driving the process, but they don't know anything about water.

I would have thought Treasury regularly goes to water with this government
That would put Treasury pretty much on a part with Turnbull.
